Diagnosis

Female with entire body yellowish-brown except infuscate band in fore wing and dark brown apical ovipositor sheaths; mesoscutum and scutellum smooth and shiny; lower mesepimeron darker than upper mesepimeron and with metallic tinges; female gaster elongate, MM/LG = 0.5-0.6.
